Is my house ready for renovation?

A house renovation can get handy not necessarily if you change the whole house. Sometimes big changes are coming with little things.
If you are in mood of a renovation, first start with a spring clean. Get your place in order, get rid of the old stuff and any of what you are not using. Do not over fill your rooms with stuffs that you are never going to use. They will just collect dust and make your house look unorganised.
As a first step cleaning, the second step comes in observation of the damages, such as the cracks in the finishes,peeled paint, blackened walls, mold, and especially the tiles cleaning from the bathroom and to the kitchen.
Make sure that you get all of the thing above solved before you are thinking to apply any other changes.
This way you will be able to see exactly what you may need to get in order for renovation, and what can remain in place.
Of course not only the walls need to receive a treatment, also the floors, no matter if they are made of woods or tiles, or concrete. Then the windows cleaning . Basically make sure every little inch from your house is fresh and neat before you start thinking about giving a new look to your house or furniture.
